5 year old had been on Vyvanse (20mg) 4 weeks and 1 day. His behavior has improve becsuse they had shorten his day to two hours. Smh a few days ago I noticed his eyes when he blinked he held it for a few than his teacher mentioned it yestrrday. But now its getting Worst to about 4 blinks in a roll and you can tell he is not incontrol of his movements and it looks like it hurts. Very sad mom. For 11 weeks my son has gotten out of school 5 hours now this. I just faught the school to get his day till noon. I just feel Sad. I have taken Vyvanse 70mg. for 3 years and do well on it I ran out so for the past 3 days I have not had any. I have a few more days until my doc is back from vacation I ran out because I missed my last appointment and you know how that goes. Can ritalin and concerta stimulants show up in a urine drug screen? I take those medications, and twice now I've tested positive for cocaine. I haven't did any coke, since back in the 1990's. If anyone can help answer my questions, and give me some documentation, that I can show my probation officer. I am a nursing student who has struggled with ADD/ADHD since childhood. I am now 36 years old and in an intensive nursing program. Frankly, my symptoms are manifesting in class, they are quite embarrassing and make me self concious, besides not being able to concentrate in a class/clinicals from 7am-4pm every day. I recently was advised by my psychiatrist to go back on Adderall to manage my symptoms. I am in the process of obtaining a volunteer position at a local hospital which would be an amazing opportunity. I am so scared that I will not pass the drug screen. I have taken the drug vyvanse a few times and every single time my tongue tastes like blood and I spit up small amounts of blood. I wanted to see if this drug was the cause of these symptoms so I waited a few days to see if there was a pattern. The blood spitting went away after a few days and everything cleared up. As soon as I took the pill again everything came back quickly and exactly the same symptoms. Also my entire tongue muscle turns gray until the drug wears off. I don't mean that it has a grey coating I mean the tongue muscle is grey. I have been clean of drugs for a year and four months. About a month ago I found a little bag of meth and poured it out in the commode it got on my fingers a little bit. I washed my hands with alchohol immediately can this make me fail a hair follicle test. ## Did you feel any effects of it? I'm a 26 year old male. I think I'm am suffering from ADD. I have a hard time focusing on things, my mind goes from one thing to another, and I have a hard time paying attention and holding conversations.
