Absorption Of Medicine In Body

if a diabetic person taking glycomet gp2 forte before dinner observe metformin part come out with stool in the morning what conclusion may be drwan about absorption of the medicine in the body.pl guide.

The Metformin is actually slowly released into your body, to give better blood sugar control for a longer period of time. Basically what you saw in your stool was just the outer shell of the pill, but the medication was still released into your body, just as it should be.

The entire tablet isn't meant to be dissolved and broken down, so seeing it in your stool is perfectly normal.
