From what I've been able to find, the half-moon logo is being used by Actavis to replace the R on their generic prescription medications.
Going by that, this tablet with the half-moon logo and 063 on the opposite side contains 2mgs of Lorazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine that's commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.
