Looking to find out what this pill is, it's small, white, blank on one side and the other has a line through it with the letter N on top and a 5 on the bottom

I thought this was a steroids to help fight infection quicker than antibiotics

My tab is similar but is has 250 on one side and n with a line and L underneath could that also be prednosone

Hi,
I'm not sure why you are trying to identify this pill because you were not specific about it. BUT I FELT I HAD to respond. As an over a decade long sufferer of Addison's disease on daily steroids treatments. These medications are MUCH more dangerous than given info on! The side effects of taking these on a regular basis are VERY CRITICAL!! If these meds ate not regulated with monthly or regular blood testing by a licensed endocrinologist. PLEASE do not take this lightly if they are not prescribed to whoever is taking them.

The pill you have is Prednisone (5 mg). It is Canadian, and manufactured by a company called Novopharm.
