I think the imprint you are looking at might be BC20 832, it is manufactured by Upsher-Smith, and they list it as containing 20mgs of Baclofen, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
