This is listed as containing the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

And it's much more commonly known to cause weight loss, rather than gain.
