Located a match to an oblong pill with 7300 on one side and an hour glass shape on the other side., this pill is Verapamil hydrochloride SR 240 mg. This pill has been used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, and most recently, cluster headaches.
