How long she can safely take it is entirely up to her doctor. The FDA does warn that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
However, currently, there are no doses on the market that contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Are you sure of what she's taking?
Did you mean her ulna? Is she on any other medications?
