this is a 40mg tablet of liquid dispersable Methadone Hydrochloride...it is taken 2 fight the withdrawals of opioid dependence. many heroin users take this in replacement of heroin,and some people who are addicted 2 opiate based pills like vicodin can use these in the same way a heroin addict would. Be VERY careful if taking this pill,a full 40mg pill could possibly lead 2 an OD. The tablet is cross scored and each corner is 10mg and is dispersed with a lil lukewarm water and ingested. hope this helps someone out.
