NONE OF THE ABOVE! Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not.

This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet.

This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.
