This is actually Darvocet N100, it contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene. This is a narcotic pain reliever.

The difference between this and Darvon is that the Darvon only contains Propoxyphene, not the Acetaminophen.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
