Relax - white L405 is 500 mg acetominaphen, commonly known as Tylenol. :)

Yes, pills marked with an L followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their generics or store brands of items such as Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, Tums, Benadryl and etc.
And as Anita posted, this is indeed 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol.

Metronidazole is usually used to fight infections. It is also be used to treat pimples, skin redness. You should probably just tactfully ask her.
