Yes, that is the correct equivelent, but unfortunately this is for PRESCRIPTION vitamin d. Over the counter vitamin d is the recommended form of vitamin d by researchers- you can use the same dosage. Please read my page on prescription vitamin d to see why researchers say that it should not be used for supplementation:

Prescription Vitamin d has a higher chance of toxicity, shroter half life and it is less potent than over the counter vitamin d3.
