No, it is never safe to take any medication that hasn't been specifically prescribed for you.
This tablet contains 150mgs of Trazodone, which is a tetracyclic antidepressant and they can cause some pretty serious side effects, such as suicidal ideation, chest pain, fainting and priapism.
