the pill is a ligt yellow and has a A on one side and 28 on the other was in my pills for lisnop-hctz tap 20-12.5 is it safe

The light yellow pill you have is Lisinopril (20 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg).

These two drugs are respectively a combination of a diuretic and an ACE inhibitor, to control hypertension.
