In the Southern California area, there is a young woman who was in a car accident, had leg surgery, and needs Lovenox. (Not covered by medical, of course). Is there anyway to get this medication cheaper?

Sanofi does have an assistant program available, if someone qualifies. It's called the Patient Assistance Connection and you can call them for more information at 888-847-4877.
Lovenox is classified by the FDA as an anticoagulant. Its typical side effects may possibly include administration site irritation, abdominal pain, chest pain, headache and increased risk of bleeding.
