This tablet contains 100mgs of Propoxyphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Darvocet, a very mild, narcotic pain reliever.

All medications containing Propoxyphene were recently recalled by the FDA, due to the severe cardiac dangers that they can cause, so this medication is no longer available.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
