15 Mgs Percoset Taper Needed Asap

was on 30 mgs.my pain doc weaned me to 15mgs wasn't bad chills, now I have to do myself. I couldn't pay them anymore..i have plenty of 5mg tabs..I need a good taper from this low dose all the way to 2.5 mgs thanks
