I need to know if the blue oval pills with 123 on one side and IG on the other side is good for treating a toothache?

Can you please double check the marking and post back?

The closest I've found has the marking IG 213, which is manufactured by Camber Pharmaceuticals, they list it as containing 50mgs of Sertraline (NDC 31722-0213). This is an antidepressant that is also used to help treat anxiety, so not it would not help with a toothache.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.
