I was just told to start taking 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide for my BP. I have been taking domperidone to help increase my milk production so that I can feed my daughter breast milk. I forgot to ask my dr if they were safe to take together as my dr did not prescribe both.

However, since you are breastfeeding, you should be made aware that the Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, which removes excess fluid from the body, so you need to make sure you take in enough fluid to balance it out for your breast mild production.
