Hi my son is 6 years old and has pink eye. I took him to urgent care because I couldn't get into his normal pediatrician before they closed for the day. He has also been having pain behind one of his ears/kind of on his jaw line. I told the doctor this and he checked his ears saying he did not have an ear infection but that he believes it could be mastoiditis. This concerns me but the doc acted like it isn't a big deal.
