Is a round yellow pill with an L535 imprint identified as Amiloride? ## THIS IS NOT AMILORIDE! Pills marked with an L followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International and they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their store brans or generics. This pill, round, yellow, and marked L 535 is nothing more than an 81mg Enteric Coated Aspirin Tablet, a low dose usually used daily by those with heart or blood clot problems. Thankyou :) if you may please answer this I found 4 small pink round pills with the letter L on one side only............ Thankyou ## Hi Bentley, Based on my research, there are a lot of pills with the L imprint you mentioned, but none of the ones I'm finding are pink. One of the closest matches is Acetaminophen (81 mg) which is classified as a round yellow pill with an L imprint. You may also have a certain brand of birth control pills seeing as birth control pills are often small, round, with a one letter imprint. This may seem like a vague response, but it's the best I can do in this situation. Where exactly did you find the pills?
