Are the Potassium CL ER 10 MEQ Capsule and the Klor-con 10 MEQ Tablet the same thing? The Klor-con 10 MEQ Tablet is yellow and round with KC 10 on one side and nothing on the other. The Potassium CL ER 10 MEQ Capsule is blue, oblong-shaped, with AMNEAL on one side and 542 on the other side. ## Yes, they have just been manufactured by different companies, which is normal, when a medication is available as a generic. The FDA classifies this as a supplement and it is known to cause stomach pain and upset, so it should only be taken with food. the pill is round, yellow and has kc on top and 10 underneath it ## I believe that is a Potassium Pill they gave me yellow round pills with kc 10 on them in the ER when I had Hypokalemia
