I think u r mistaking the 5 when really it is a 9 instead. If that's the case then it is xanax .5 mg ## @Silas, I'm not sure who you're message is being directed at when you mention that "I think you're mistaking the 9 for a 5", but the imprint S 901 is actually referring to Alprazolam 0.5mg (the generic for Xanax - not brand name Xanax). I only bring this up because there are many instances where patients note a completely different reaction to a brand vs a generic alternative. For added verification, the manufacturer is reported to be Dava Pharma and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 67253-0901. The post was filed under Oxycodone, however there's no specific details online that I could gather to prove this to be a match. Where did you happen to obtain the pill from?

Have found this round light yellow pill in my home and would like to identify. It is round with the logo of Cobalt on the back ('V' shape) and DZ underscored with 5 beneath. ## Are you in Canada? This is not listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases and with it having the DZ on it, I was suspicious that it may be Diazepam, a generic for Valium, but it doesn't appear that Cobalt manufactures it and their website doesn't list the markings on their pills, just the drug names that they manufacture and their name brand equivalent. You may be able to call them and ask what it is, if you are in Canada, they list their number as 905-815-1820. If you get an answer, could you please post back and let us know what it is? ## Hey there i just found exactly the same pill in my ho...

For verification, you can click on the following National Drug Code link [0245-0041] to view a photo and more specific details. Whereabouts did you find this tablet? And is there any reason to believe that it may still contain Potassium Chloride? I'm guess I'm just wondering what made you think that this is what it was, as I'm not able to locate any information on this pill imprint. Does anyone else here recognize this as being someth...

Who manufactures the s 901 yellow alprazolam pill? Dava and Stada are printed on my scripts at different times but who actually manufactures the generic? ## Hello, Rick! How are you? This is actually manufactured by Dava, Stada is just a licensed distributor. That's why when people post that such and such is listed on the prescription label, I always ask them to post back with the markings and description, because that's the only way it can be traced back to the actual company whose production line it comes off of. Is there anything else I can help with?
