Can u tell me how the np 13 yellow pill is different from light blue 15's? I understand u are saying they are both oxycodone, 15 mg', but there is something very different on relief recieved. Little yellow tablet one side has the numbers 445 and the other side has ETH ## Taking 100 mcg Fentanyl for chronic pain with 15 mg oxycodone imm rel 3x for btp. Under current FDA law, all prescription tablets must have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception would be for medications specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy, which would be in capsules. I found a round pill. It's a yellow color. On one side there is a line through the middle and the other side is blank. I was told this is 15mg Percocet(oxycodone), but I have never seen it before. Shannon, if you suffer from pain either due to an injury or a chronic condition, this is an excellent medication. It is the best narcotic pain medication you can get. The worst problem with it is the side effects and the fact that it is highly addictive.
