Yellow Oval Pill 151

What is a yellow oval shaped tablet with two triangles, 4098 on one side, 500 on the other? ## The pill with the 4098 and 500 on it contains 500mgs of Nabumetone, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
