I have been given yellow alprazolam oval shaped and on one side reading 106S and the other side says nothing; I have taken Geneva GG257 peach color for years and they helped; the yellow ones do absolutely nothing; the label says Geneva on it; I cannot find any information other than Dava makes a pill that says 106 on one side and there is an S on the other. I have used the same drug store for 50 years and I am not confrontational but I have taken alprazolam for 34 years and I know these yellow pills are not the same. Perhaps you can ask your Pharmacy if they could replace the medicine with a different generic if available, or perhaps allow you purchase the name brand drug at your extra cost?
