This pilll is oval shaped with nothing on it ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains. It is more than likely an over the counter product and there are many possibilities. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign drug. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

I found oval yellow pills in my sons room and need help finding out what they are. They're labeled PA 46 on the pills, that's all I have to go on. When looking at it vertically, it has an indention running all the way around. I think it is an antiacid want to make sute. ## @Micahel Wilkerson , I believe the pill you have may actually be OTC Zyrtec liquid capsules; which are clear/yellow egg shaped capsules with the imprint z10.
