I found a fairly large, round offwhite/yellowish pill with the inscription L201 on it. Is this oxycodone or some other type of pain reliever? I don't nor have taken anything like this, and it was found on my son's bedroom floor. Am very worried. ## I can't find a listing for a tablet with this marking, but I can tell you that is isn't Oxycodone, or any type of prescription medication. Pills marked with an L that is followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products manufactured by Perrigo. They are sold in many stores as the generic, or store brand of various products, such as Tylenol. Does anyone recognize this tablet? ## It is a Nicotine Losenge (Brand: Commit) for quitting smoking ciggarettes.
