Will Oxycodone Cause Low Blood Pressure

I had a 5mg oxycodone pill four hours ago. Is it safe to drink wine now? Hello, I am having a lumbar puncture to measure CSF pressure in a week. I have been prescribed low-dose percoset (1/2 of 7.5/325 per day) to help with the pain and pressure until the lumbar puncture. I was told not to take any blood-thinning medications until the procedure. Can I still take the percoset?
