I have a small round white tablet with a capital M on one side and a 10 and partial score marks on the other side. It was given to me by a friend that said it would help keep me awake, but I don't trust it. Please help. ## This sounds like Methylin (Methylphenidate) 10 mg (NDC 60429-537). Any idea what kind of pill this is ## While I haven't located an exact match, I did notice that the manufacturer of 'Altoid Sugar Free Smalls' mints (Callard & Bowser-Suchard) carries a white square-shaped pill with a capital "A" on one side and blank on the other. It's believed to be peppermint flavor... Does your pill smell anything like this? Also, depending on where you found it and what you suspect it might be, having it's contents analyzed by a lab may be a good idea if someone's health or safety is at risk in your household. Small white round pull with capital M on one side and and a line on the other ## According to another user's comment, a small white round pill with a capital "M" on one side and a score on the other (the type of score that is much deeper, wider), is "suspected" to be some sort of benzodiazepine type medication. They haven't found a definitive match yet either, but if I you happen to come across any specific details relating it to benzodiazepines or anxiety disorders, this could possibly be what you have. I for one, am curious to know where you found the pill, since it doesn't appear to come up under any of my searches. Does anyone else here recognize this pill?

i AM TRYING TO IDENTIFY SMALL WHITE PILL SQUARE WITH ROUNDED EDGES ONE SIDE BLANK AND THE OTHER HAS A CAPITAL A ## This actually sounds like one of the new Altoid mints, they are sugar free and come in Peppermint or Wintergreen and both look like this, they can be purchased in most stores. These ones are coated, so they don't smell strong like the other ones that are more chalky and are round in shape. Are there any other comments or questions?

Can you post back with any more information about your pill, so I can locate the correct one? Is the C on the pill black or red ink or is it inbeded in the pill? Shiney white, small pill, 104 on one side and M on the other side ## This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Memantine. It is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Alzheimer's. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, blurred vision, agitation and chest pain. This pill has a capital letter A in bold with the letters TD beneath it in smaller capital print. It also seems to have an image of a humanoid in the inner arch of the capital A. I found four small square pills with A on one side nothing on the other side. They are NOT Altoids. I tasted them and they taste horrible just like a medication would although I do not think these are legal meds. I think it is a street drug. I found them in my son's room in a little bag. One side has the number 325 inscribed. The other side has a capital N surrounded by a straight line beneath and along each side of the N. The lines continue over the top of the N and come together to form a point. So it has the appearance that the N is in a house with a pitched roof. The N and its surround are inscribed. The tablet is not scored. ## I can't be sure about this because I have not actually seen a picture, but based on a similar inscription of 325 (but without the N) on a white tablet, that one was Aspirin 325 mg. I found a little white round tablet with capital EM and 50 beneath it. The pill is scored on the reverse side horizontally and vertically (for breaking the pill into four pieces).
