I found a white round pill with a half moon symbol on one side and 063 on the other side ## From what I've been able to find, the half-moon logo is being used by Actavis to replace the R on their generic prescription medications. Going by that, this tablet with the half-moon logo and 063 on the opposite side contains 2mgs of Lorazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine that's commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. I have an oval shaped white pill with the only marking being one that looks like the square root symbol. I was told it is hydrocodone 7.5 mg / 325.
