There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. Can you break the methadone 10mg into half?? ## Dear Samantha, yes, u can break them in half. It might b easier 2 get a pill cutter. They work great. U can get them at cvs or pretty much any pharmacy. They r sold over the counter. ## Yes as far as I know, personally have broken in half over ten years. Have chronic pain and when I was not in as much pain I often only took half (5 mg.).
