Round, white pill with 5381 DAN on it, is this Percodan? ## This is not Percodan. It is Methocarbamol 500 mg which is a muscle relaxant. (NDC 0364-0346). ## That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, and they listed it as containing 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant that is most commonly used to treat the pain, and spasms associated with muscle strains, and sprains. NDC: 00364-0346 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. I have a pill that is blue and oval.. it has an A/750 on one side and nothing on the other. several - small round pink pill - imprint on one side only M w/ sort of an overlapping P, 10 directly underneath. 2. oblong white - Watson imprint on one side, 698/200 on the other. 3. round white pill - one side blank, other side GG over 260. 4. small yellow pill - Dan imprint on one side, 5661 on the other. 5. light pink pill - the letter C imprint on one side, 86/62 on the other. 6. round white pill - Dan/Dan imprint on one side, 5381 on the other.
