I found a small round white pill with the imprint M7. All of my searches showed M77, M77, M724, M71, and so on. Does anybody know what this pill is? None of the imprints are faded away either. ## Hi Ernie, The closest match I've been able to find is Myambutol (ethambutol) 400 mg. Manufacturer: Lederle Laboratories It is a round white pill with M7 on the front with a score between the M and 7, as well as two fancy L's on the back. If that description doesn't match your pill, the only conclusion I can come to is that it may be manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication. As of now, the closest match that comes up in the U.S. drug databases is marked "M 7113" rather than "M711" This pill is white, round with the letter "M" inside a box one one side of the pill. The other side has the numbers "7113" sitting above a score line. The pill I described above is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride (50 mg); which is used in the treatment of pain.
