Anyone know what this pill could be? ## While David's ID is correct for AZ 235, there is another over the counter pill which is round and white and DOES contain the inscription AZ 285 on it. (NDC 50066-285). It appears to be a generic form of Excedrin Migraine. Hello! I recently was switched to the the Sun Pharma version of my Bupropion SR and wanted to know if anyone has experiened or heard of trouble with them. So far, they seem to be doing the job, but I recently have developed some upper (not stomach) abdominal pain which cannot be really pinpointed to anything. (Closest so far is a pinched nerve round the rib cage) Until recently I hadn't really concidered if the switch in medicine could be the reason. Any feedback on this brand's version of Wellbutrin? As a sidenote, I had been taking the Watson version(WPI 839)for about 2 -3 years with no problems, and previously had an extremely poor reaction to Teva (an extreme crash). I found some small white round thick pills in my nephew’s room. There are no markings, just blank on one side with a scored edge, and the other side has a single score line on it. It is 3/16 inch in diameter, and about 1/8 inch in height. There were in a bogus pharmacy bottle labeled Lorazepam 2 Mg. Can anyone help my identify what this pill may really be. Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking. Have this in with several others- I think it is acetaminophen- white tablet, round, labeled 44-188 ## Hi Betty, To my knowledge this is more than likely an over the counter drug, seeing that many OTC meds in the US start with the numbers "44" followed by another set of digits. Unfortunately I haven't located an exact match, however the clues I'm finding here do lead me to believe that it falls in the realm of OTC cough, cold, pain or sleep meds, or motion sickness tablets. To find out whether this proves to be the case, I would encourage you to take the pill into your local pharmacy for more specific details as to what it might be.
