I have a white round pill that's big n kinda thick, imprinted only on 1 side - it has a K with an arrow on the K, followed by 232. It's like an inch diameter pill and the side of pill is 1/2 inch. ## PDK Labs lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of Phenylephrine, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is available over the counter and is a cold remedy, that can also help with fever, and body aches. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including insomnia, stomach upset, nervousness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?
