white oval scored pill, imprinted 369 ## My Metoprolol Succ Er 50 mg was changed by the drugest. The number is W735-tablet is twice the size as before and not #369 per your description. The one with the M 50 is Metoprolol Extended Release 50 mg (possibly tartrate). It is still basically the same beta blocker, high blood pressure medicine.
