I was taking g 3742 for last 7 days to delay my period because we are going on vacation, today i start my period any way so this pill didn't help to control my period and we are leaving on vacation tomorrow. This is an analgesic, derived from an opiate, so even though it works like an anti-inflammatory, it does have the same addictive qualities and is classified by the FDA as a narcotic. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, sweating, constipation and drowsiness. ## It is Tramadol which is NOT derived from any opiate, contrary to other comments here. I have a close friend that uses this pill as a recreational drug. I try to convince her that it can't be good for her but me not having any knowledge of the effects of it makes my argument a bit ineffective. I believe she uses them with Percocet pills.
