It it used for treatment of Parkinsons Disease and, in my case for "Shaken Leg Syndrome" CAREFUL ## Hi, a white pill with an R and crescent shape on one side with A 270 is a tablet called Frusemide 40mg . It is commonly given to people who retain too much fluid and it makes them pass water to expel it from the body. ## I searched Google for this as one of my tablets had come lose, this is exactly what this tablet is as after your identification I double checked with a sealed one. It could be furesamide - a water tablet. It has A/270 on 1 side and half moon with an R in it.
