i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. M 363 is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs. The colors mean NOTHING. Can anyone help identify a little white tablet with "mp" on the top and "63" along the bottom? What is it? I have 2 in my house. ## I have 2 of these pills in my regular medication I also am querying this pill never seen it before and it doesn’t match the others , please help

I’ve been taking c74 pink pill metroporol tartrate 50mg for ten years and no problems! They changed the pill to white 477 on the back pill , I seem to be shaking and not having the same results!
