took a pill thought it was adderrall. white solid diamond shaped pill with the letter D on it. disoriented for a day or two. rapid heart beat. shakey. anyone have any clue what this might have been? ## I'm not finding a listing for a tablet with just the letter D. You mentioned that the pill was unscored, yet has four "raised lines" ... so it isn't necessarily indicative of the cross-scored pill that I was initially thinking of. But if there's anyway that you could upload a photo to Flickr or something so we could try and getting a better visual on its diamond-like features, I believe that would really help. I found my husband with Blueish green diamond shaped pills no lettering on either side. I thought they were viagra and was confused why he had them as he has never had a problem with me in the bedroom ever! when I confronted him about them he said they were an antacid reflux pill. He takes Tums anyway at times but he says these are for when it gets really bad one was actually in half and although it was blue/green on the outside it was white inside. he had a delivery in the past of Viagra to the house which he swears was by mistake by the company sending them out and he said he returned them. I believed him at the time. Why else would he be taking Viagra. small purple and clear capsule filled with small white balls ## Are there any markings on the capsule? That is what would enable us to positively identify it, if there aren't, it is going to be difficult to do so. If there are no markings, then it isn't a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required to have markings to enable their identification. The only exception would be if it was something put together by a specialty compounding pharmacy. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Again it is a lavendar and clear capsule with small white pellets inside. There is a letter r inside a diamond shape on the clear side and the numbers 3607 on the lavendar side

IM LOOKING FOR THE NAME OF A WHITE DIAMOND/TRIANGLE SHAPE COLOR PILL THAT IS USED TO TREAT ALLERGIES ## Is there any more information you can give me regarding this pill? Does it have an inscription on it or is it scored? There are many kinds of drugs that are shaped like a diamond / triangle and are white, and in order to find a definite match, I would need to know what letters or numbers are on the pill.
