Used for treating pain, please help me ID this pill. ## This is Trazodone HCl 50 mg. I believe the pill you were thinking of is Tramadol that is used for pain. NDC: 0555-0489 Manufacturer: Barr Laboratories, Inc. Trazodone is indicated for: Clinical depression with or without anxiety, insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping. Control of nightmares or other sleep disturbances.

white, small, round tablet with the name "barr" on one side, & "555" over "489" on the other. ## I what to know what the pill is that I found? ## My friend is prescribed them. They are Trazodone. A small amount, not sure how much. They are an antidepressant/antianxiety medication. Similar to xanax, but also has the antidepressant properties. ## Yes, James is correct, this is Trazadone, a generic for Desyrel. These are 50mg tablets.

He takes trazodone and tenax. They both are small white pills. One has m on one side and either G4 or 64 on the other side.
