What is a white oval shaped pill with Watson 385 imprinted on it? ## hydrocodone 7.5/500 MG ## What is white oblong or barrel pill with a split in middle; on each side of split is A7C. Nothing on the reverse side. ## Watson Laboratories lists a tablet with WATSON and 385 as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Read more here: On the second one, I am not 100% certain, but it sounds like you may be describing the Whitehall logo, and if that is the case, this is an over the counter Aspirin tablet.
