Qualis Pharmaceutical white/blue speckled Phentermine 37.5 mg with A 159 stamped on it...are these real? ## Phentermine has come in the pills you describe but they have just stopped making the real ones with the 159 markings. Also,, the people making the fakes can also copy the markings , so there is no real way to know what is really real until you take one. I know this from experience and alot of wasted money. ## The real usa Phentermine ahd been taken off the internet on April 15, 2009. I recently ordered 37.5 phentermine from an online pharmacy. It came from India, was round, white and blue speck tablet with no imprint. The imprints that I am accustomed to are K25 and A159. I have also received phentermine from other countries where the imprint is correct but it has not bitter taste which leads me to believe that there is no active ingredient. ## I hate to say it, but that's just one of the many risks of ordering from an online pharmacy (especially one that's overseas). All of the legitimate Phentermine pills (here in the U.S.) that are white with blue specs, do have an imprint on them and are oval shaped as opposed to being round/circular (such as the K25 and A159 you mentioned).
