It has a print of VP50 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## @Whitaker, Based on your description, the closest match I could find was a white oblong shaped pill marked with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I have a strong feeling that they could be made by the same manufacturer (Vista Pharmaceuticals).
