However, there is one manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals that has the marking 4212 V on, which contains 750mgs of Methocarbamol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain associated with sprains, strains and spasms. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

the pill is a white oval on one side it has a v and the other reads 4241 ## You have posted in the wrong forum for a pill ID. Anyway, there are no listing in any of the database for V 4241, are sure you have read the imprint correctly? ## I found a pill with the above-mentioned writing engraved on it. Can you tell me if it's a vicodin and what strenght. ## I have checked tons of databases, other websites and etc. I can't find anything for a pill with this marking, sorry. ## What is this pill and its uses ??I had been given some by a friend,,Needless to say they are sitting here,I am on To many other prescriptions to add anymore.....
