Worried about deadly effect of Vicodine. I do suffer from extreme pain from Gout and extreme bunions. ## The 5gs of Hydrocodone in this is a narcotic opiate and is coupled with 325gs of Acetaminophen. However, the only way it would really be deadly is if someone had a severe allergy to one of the ingredients or if you would overdose on it.
