Found a white oval pill with an upper case cursive R on one side and nothing on the other side. ## I found the exact same thing on the 20th and have no idea what it is either. What is this fir? ## Does the R look anything like the one pictured below? If so, it may be a product of Actavis, who is known to make pills with a large capital cursive R on one side of their pills. I found some white oval pills with what looks like a cursive V on one side and 58 | 81 on the back. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? White oval shaped pill with v365 markings. Are these 10mg. Vicodin? I'm not sure as they are old? Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Also, depending on where or how you came about getting this pill, it may even be a counterfeit (if not from a licensed pharmacy)... ## The v 365 is an old version of Vicodin, it was 5 mg hydrocodone 500 mg of tylenol

White oval pill with blue specs imprint p r on one side ## @Todd, A description of a white oval pill with blue specks is usually indicative of the weight loss drug known as Phentermine. However I have yet to come across any specific details matching the P R on one side. Whereabouts did you come across this pill? I also wonder if the letter P or R look uniquely shaped/cursive-like/close together/etc..? Any additional clues or insight would be appreciated.

Trying to find out what these pills are that I have they are all white with a cursive v and the numbers 1300 ## Hi Melina, The closest match I've been able to find is Levetiracetam extended release (750 mg). It is a white oval pill with the imprint 1300 on one side and blank on the other. Manufacturer: Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited Based on the description you gave for the V imprint, I have a hunch that the pills you found may have been manufactured by Vintage pharmaceuticals. I believe Vintage pharmaceuticals was bought out by Qualitest pharmaceuticals, so the pills you have may be older and no longer on the market (making them more difficult to accurately identify). The pill was crushed and all that shows is a 66 at the end. But it is a large pill pure white. Any help would be great, I know it is not a lot to go on. I found a white pill oval. It's kind of large. It's white with pink flecks in it. Not solid white and it has a check mark like a cursive V like swooped up at one end; on the other side 3604 or 3804. ## This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Its a white pill with pink specks on it and a capital letter E on the other side. ## Based on your description, I'm finding two different white pills that have pink specs on them; but neither seem to have the correct imprint. Is there any chance that the "E" could actually be something else? Perhaps a cursive "V" or a logo of some kind? One of the pills I found is round/white, covered in pink spots (pill is almost all pink) with a bird symbol on one side and blank on the other.
