Looking for the name of a white oval pill with the markings 263 on one side and PAC on the other side. The pill is not scored. ## Is there any chance that your pill says "par" instead of "pac"? I located a white oval pill with "par" on one side (lower case) and 263 on the back - & no score line either. This particular tablet is reportedly identified as Rosuvastatin calcium 40 mg, marketed for use in treating high cholesterol. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 42291-0745. white oval pill with IB and 115 on it ## Is the marking possibly IP 115? Can you please double check and post back? Thank you! If so, AvKare Inc lists it as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Norco. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and constipation. NDC code: 42291-0333
